Willy Porter Returns to Thrasher for 20th Time

RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Thrasher Opera House welcomes back a local favorite and master storyteller, Willy Porter, on February 14 at 7:30 p.m. This performance marks a historic milestone as Porter’s 20th appearance on the Thrasher stage, making it a truly special Valentine’s Day celebration for fans and the community.  This show is presented by Season Sponsor, Lake St. Consulting, and show Sponsor Adam’s Rib.

Porter arrives in Green Lake on the heels of his most ambitious project to date, Humans In A Room. This latest work is a stunning collaboration between four world-class musicians and a pioneering microphone company, born from a desire to strip away the artifice of modern recording. The result is a sonic experience that places the listener directly inside the session.
