
RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Dodge County Sheriff’s officials have released the names of the drivers involved in a fatal head-on collision between a car and semi on County Highway A near Prospect Road in the town of Burnett.
Thirty-three-year-old Justin Dean, who was driving the car, was killed in the crash. The driver of the semi, 38-year-old Richard Walker of Burnett, was evaluated by medical personnel at the scene and was released. He was not injured.
A 911 call reported the crash Thursday morning witnessing the accident. That witness said the car was being drive erratically.

A 911 call at 6:19 this morning reported a car driving erratically on County Highway A near Juneau. A nearby deputy began looking for the car. The caller who was still on the line then told dispatchers the car had hit a semi head-on.
The man driving the vehicle was killed in the collision. His identity and hometown were still being determined when information about the crash was released. The 38-year-old Burnett man driving the semi was evaluated by medical personnel at the scene and released. He was not injured.
Assisting at the scene were Horicon Fire Department and EMS, Burnett Fire Department and First Responders, Juneau Fire Department, and the County Medical Examiner.
