
RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- The 37-year-old Wautoma man sentenced in October for trying to lure children into the woods at Bird Creek Park in Wautoma had more time added to his sentence Friday.
Shiloe Viau was sentenced in Waushara County Court in October to 3 years in prison and two years of extended supervision on an attempted child abduction charge. He was given credit for 505 days already served in jail. The crime occurred in June of 2024.
In January of last year Viau was sentenced in Green Lake County Court on a possession of narcotic drugs charge. Sentence was withheld and he was given two years of probation.
In September his probation was revoked and Friday in Green Lake County Court a year in prison and a year of extended supervision were added to his previous sentence from Waushara County. He was given 58 days of sentence credit.
