RIPON, Wis (WRPN)- Along with the time change the weekend ushered in the beginning of winter parking restrictions for some cities including Beaver Dam and Markesan.
Winter parking restrictions begin November 15th for Ripon, Green Lake, Wautoma, Fond du Lac, and North Fond du Lac. Restrictions begin in Berlin on November 30th and in Waupun, Horicon, and Mayville on December 1st.
Some cities do have permits that allow some parking on streets during the winter.
